Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

These terms explain the rules for using LockInNow and our paid plans.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using LockInNow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Your account

You must be 13 or over to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Usernames must not be offensive or impersonate someone else. We may change or remove usernames that break this rule.

3. Plans and payments

LockInNow offers a Free plan and paid plans. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and include VAT where applicable.

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

One-time passes give access for the period stated at purchase and do not renew.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. By starting to use paid content straight away, you agree that this right ends once access begins, except where the law says otherwise.

If something has gone wrong with a payment, contact us and we will look into it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute our notes, questions or flashcards, share paid accounts, attempt to break or overload the site, or post abusive content in Community Posts.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Our content

All notes, questions, flashcards and designs on LockInNow belong to us or our licensors. Links to official past papers go to exam board websites, which own that material.

Flashcards and decks you create remain yours.

7. Lockie and AI marking

Lockie and AI marking are study aids and can make mistakes. Always check important answers against your notes, textbook or teacher. Predicted marks are estimates, not official grades.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep LockInNow accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee exam results or uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will let you know on the site. Continuing to use LockInNow means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
